This project involves the construction of a Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) bridge over the Jallad River in Dhanusha District under Package 101. The objective of the project is to provide a safe, durable, and all-weather crossing facility to improve transportation connectivity and support regional development.
The scope of work includes detailed site preparation, foundation construction, substructure and superstructure works, and finishing components. Foundation works typically involve excavation, pile or open foundation construction (as per design), and casting of reinforced concrete footings. The substructure consists of abutments, piers, and wing walls constructed with reinforced concrete to safely transfer loads from the bridge deck to the foundation.
